What does it cost?

Do my members need to download an app?
No. Your booking page works in any phone browser. Members sign in with a code sent to their email, so there’s no password to remember, and they can book, cancel, pick a spot, sign the waiver and see their passes.
Can my front desk and instructors have their own logins?
Yes. Owners and managers see everything. Front desk staff can book, sell, check people in and record payments. Instructors see their own classes and rosters, ask for or take subs, and see their own pay.
How do late cancels and no-shows work?
You choose the rule: nothing happens, the class still counts against the pass, or a fee is charged. You also set how many hours before class free cancellation ends. The rule then applies automatically.
Can members book in Spanish or Portuguese?
Yes. Members can switch the booking page to English, Spanish or Portuguese, and their emails follow the language they chose.
