Cookie Policy

    How WebElevated uses cookies, browser storage, embedded services, and similar technologies across our website, Portal, and Atlas AI.

    On this pageShow sections

    WebElevated is a trade name and DBA of Cacele Digital LLC, a Florida limited liability company. In this Cookie Policy, “WebElevated,” “Cacele Digital,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cacele Digital LLC doing business as WebElevated.

    This Cookie Policy explains how cookies, local storage, pixels, software development kits, embedded content, and similar technologies may be used across WebElevated’s websites, the WebElevated Portal, Atlas AI, mobile and web applications, widgets, and related online services (collectively, the “Services”). It supplements our Privacy Policy at https://www.webelevated.com/privacy.

    1. Cookies and Similar Technologies

    A cookie is a small text file that a website stores through your browser. Cookies can remember preferences, maintain a session, support security, measure activity, or enable a third-party feature. A cookie may be a session cookie, which generally expires when the browser closes, or a persistent cookie, which remains until its stated expiration or until it is deleted.

    The Services also use browser local storage and similar device storage. Local storage is not technically a cookie, but it can retain identifiers, preferences, authentication information, or unsent data between visits. Session storage generally lasts only for the current browser tab or session. Mobile applications may use comparable device storage, secure keychain storage, caches, or software development kits.

    In this Policy, “cookies and similar technologies” includes all of these mechanisms. The technology available on a particular page depends on the feature, device, account status, configuration, and third-party service being used.

    2. How WebElevated Uses These Technologies

    We use cookies and similar technologies for purposes such as:

    • authenticating users, refreshing sessions, preventing unauthorized access, and protecting accounts;
    • remembering language, navigation, interface, and accessibility preferences;
    • preserving referral attribution during onboarding or sign-in;
    • temporarily preserving data when a submission fails so it can be retried;
    • operating Atlas chat, remembering whether its introductory panel has already opened, and maintaining a conversation during the active page session;
    • processing payments, opening hosted billing tools, scheduling appointments, and displaying requested media;
    • diagnosing errors, maintaining infrastructure, balancing traffic, preventing abuse, and supporting reliable delivery; and
    • measuring use or campaign performance when analytics or advertising technology is separately enabled and legally permitted.

    We do not use cookies to retrieve unrelated information from your device. We do not intentionally store payment-card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or protected health information in browser preference cookies.

    3. Strictly Necessary and Functional Storage

    The following describes first-party cookies and browser-storage entries used by the current WebElevated website and Portal. Names may include an environment, project, installation, or account identifier, and technical values may change as the Services are updated.

    Privacy choices

    webelevated-ad-measurement-consent is a first-party local-storage preference used on the marketing website to remember whether you allow or reject optional Google Ads measurement. It contains the choice, a policy version, and an expiration time, and is valid for up to 180 days. It does not contain your inquiry answers or an advertising identifier. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice applies only to the current page session. A recognized Global Privacy Control signal keeps this measurement off.

    webelevated-analytics-consent is a separate first-party local-storage preference for optional Google Analytics on the marketing website. It stores a choice, policy version, and expiration time for up to 180 days. A previous advertising choice or U.S. advertising default does not authorize Analytics. Analytics stays off until you explicitly allow Website analytics in Privacy choices or allow the purposes described in the measurement banner. It also stays off with Global Privacy Control or when its preference cannot be read.

    Language preference

    we-lang is a first-party cookie used across webelevated.com subdomains to keep the selected language aligned between the marketing website and Portal. It uses SameSite=Lax and may remain for up to one year. webelevated-lang is a corresponding local-storage preference that remains until it is changed or browser storage is cleared.

    Authentication and account sessions

    supabase-auth-token, or a storage key with the same function, is maintained in local storage to keep an authenticated Portal session active, refresh permitted access, and identify the signed-in account. It remains until logout, expiration, replacement, or browser-storage deletion. Supabase may process related authentication requests as our service provider. Removing this storage signs the browser out or prevents authenticated features from working.

    Portal interface preference

    sidebar:state is a first-party cookie that remembers whether the Portal sidebar is expanded or collapsed. It may remain for up to seven days.

    Referral attribution

    referralCode is a local-storage entry used to carry an authorized partner or referral code through registration, login, or checkout. It generally remains until it is applied, removed by the workflow, or browser storage is cleared.

    Submission recovery

    pending_leads is a local-storage fallback that may temporarily hold a lead or form submission when a network or service error prevents immediate delivery. The Service attempts to synchronize and remove the entry when processing succeeds. It may otherwise remain until it is replaced or browser storage is cleared. Do not enter sensitive information into general lead forms.

    Atlas widget preference

    An entry beginning with webelevated:atlas-sales-auto-opened records that the Atlas sales widget has already opened automatically for a particular installation. This prevents the same introductory behavior from repeating on later visits. It remains until browser storage is cleared. The current widget maintains its active chat capability in page memory and sends its API requests without browser credentials; it does not intentionally use that local-storage entry to track activity across unrelated websites.

    Infrastructure and security

    Vercel, content-delivery networks, hosting providers, security providers, or upstream platforms may use short-lived routing, load-balancing, fraud-prevention, or security cookies when a particular infrastructure feature requires them. These technologies are used to deliver and protect the Services and may vary by request, region, or security event.

    Strictly necessary and functional technologies are required to provide a feature you request or to preserve a preference. Blocking them may cause login, language, navigation, form recovery, Portal, Atlas, billing, or other features to stop working correctly.

    4. Analytics and Performance Technologies

    The current core WebElevated marketing-site code does not intentionally load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads remarketing, or another third-party advertising pixel by default. Ordinary server and content-delivery logs may still record request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps, and security events without placing an analytics cookie.

    The marketing website uses region-aware Google Ads conversion measurement. For visitors identified by our hosting provider as being in the United States, measurement is enabled by default with Google's restricted-data-processing setting, unless you have opted out or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. We do not treat that default as an explicit consent record. For other countries, unknown locations, or unusable preference records, the Google advertising tag remains blocked until you choose Allow measurement or enable Advertising measurement in Privacy choices. Our first-party region check returns only the applicable measurement mode; it does not return or separately store your IP address or precise location. Google Analytics, personalized advertising, remarketing audiences, and enhanced conversions are not enabled by this configuration.

    Separately, optional Google Analytics measures canonical public-page visits and confirmed saved inquiries when you allow its purpose. Google may receive cookie identifiers, device/browser information and network request information. We exclude form answers, inquiry transaction identifiers, URL query strings and raw referral URLs from the Analytics event parameters. Automatic form-interaction capture, Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Analytics may set first-party cookies named _ga or beginning _ga_, with a configured lifetime of up to 180 days. Rejecting or withdrawing Analytics prevents subsequent events, removes accessible Analytics cookies and refreshes the page to stop already-loaded code. Copy any unsent message before withdrawing permission. This does not undo information already sent. These marketing-site controls do not enable tracking in the Portal or the seven-step onboarding.

    WebElevated may enable first-party or third-party analytics for a Service, client website, campaign, or account when configured, contractually authorized, and legally permitted. Depending on the configuration, this may include Google Analytics, advertising conversion tags, platform pixels, call-tracking parameters, or similar measurement tools. Those tools may use cookies, device identifiers, IP-derived location, page and event data, referral information, or modeled measurements.

    When nonessential analytics requires consent, it should not be activated until the required choice is obtained. The absence of a specific analytics cookie on webelevated.com does not mean that a client website managed by WebElevated uses the same configuration. A client is responsible for identifying its own enabled tools and providing an accurate notice and consent mechanism for its website.

    5. Advertising and Social-Media Technologies

    The current core WebElevated marketing-site code does not intentionally deploy third-party retargeting cookies, social-media advertising pixels, or fingerprinting libraries. Links that let a user share content to a social platform open that platform separately and do not by themselves mean that WebElevated has installed the platform’s tracking pixel.

    While advertising measurement is enabled under the regional settings above, the Google tag may use first-party cookies with names beginning _gcl_ and receive advertising click identifiers, limited page information, browser/device information, and network request data, including an IP address. A confirmed inquiry may send a conversion event with a random transaction identifier to reduce duplicates. Your name, email, phone number, company, message, and other form answers are not included in the conversion payload. Click identifiers are passed from Atlas to the contact page only while measurement is allowed. No inquiry submitted while measurement is off is later reported merely because you change your choice.

    You may reject optional measurement and still use the website or submit an inquiry. Privacy choices in the footer remains available to change your choice, including opting out of default-enabled U.S. measurement. Turning measurement off stops subsequent conversion events, clears accessible Google advertising cookies used by this feature, and refreshes the page to stop already-loaded Google tag code; copy any unsent message before saving that change. This does not undo information previously sent while measurement was enabled. Google's use of information is also described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

    Advertising and social-media technologies may be configured for a WebElevated client, campaign, landing page, or connected account at the client’s direction. Examples include Google Ads conversion measurement, Meta advertising tools, or other platform tags. When enabled, the client and platform determine or share responsibility for the relevant data use, and the client’s cookie notice and consent choices apply in addition to WebElevated’s contractual obligations.

    We do not use cookie-based advertising data to make decisions about eligibility for employment, housing, credit, healthcare, insurance, education, or another legally protected opportunity.

    6. Embedded Content and Third-Party Features

    Some features connect to or display content from third parties. A third party may receive your IP address, browser and device information, referring page, and interaction data and may use its own cookies or similar technologies under its policies.

    Google Fonts

    The marketing website requests font files from Google Fonts. Google receives technical request information such as the requesting IP address and browser details. Google Fonts requests are not intended by WebElevated to create a persistent advertising profile.

    YouTube privacy-enhanced embeds

    Some pages use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com embed. The player is created only after a user starts the video. YouTube may then receive device, network, page, and playback information and may use cookies or local storage, particularly after interaction. Privacy-enhanced mode limits some tracking behavior but does not make the player a first-party WebElevated service.

    Google Calendar scheduling

    The post-submission scheduling page may embed a Google Calendar appointment scheduler. Loading or using the scheduler connects directly to Google, which may use cookies or local storage for authentication, preferences, fraud prevention, measurement, or appointment functionality. If you are signed into Google, Google may associate the interaction with your account under its own terms.

    Atlas AI

    The Atlas website widget loads software and assets from app.webelevated.com and communicates with WebElevated service infrastructure. It uses the first-party storage described above and processes chat or lead information as described in our Privacy Policy. Atlas should not be used to submit passwords, payment-card information, health information, or other sensitive data.

    Supabase

    Supabase provides authentication, database, storage, real-time, and server-function infrastructure for parts of the Portal. WebElevated’s current browser configuration persists authentication in local storage rather than a traditional authentication cookie. Supabase still receives the network and account data necessary to provide those functions.

    Stripe and other payment providers

    When you proceed to a Stripe-hosted checkout, billing portal, or payment page, you leave or embed beyond the core WebElevated page and interact with Stripe. Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, payment processing, fraud prevention, security, preferences, and regulatory compliance. Other payment or app-store providers may do the same under their own policies.

    Third-party cookies and storage are controlled by the third party. WebElevated does not determine every cookie name or lifetime used on a third-party domain, and those details may change without changes to WebElevated code.

    7. Client Websites and Client-Selected Tools

    WebElevated builds, hosts, manages, or supports websites and digital properties for clients. Those properties may use a different combination of analytics, advertising, chat, scheduling, e-commerce, call tracking, video, mapping, review, CRM, accessibility, consent-management, and other technologies selected or approved by the client.

    For a client website, the client generally determines the business purposes for using those technologies and is responsible for its public cookie notice, legally required consent, vendor configuration, and honoring user choices. WebElevated may implement or operate the tools as a service provider or processor under the client’s instructions.

    This WebElevated Cookie Policy does not replace a client’s notice and should not be treated as a complete inventory for an unrelated client website. Review the notice displayed on the website you are visiting and direct requests about client-selected cookies to that client first.

    Most browsers let you view, block, restrict, or delete cookies and site data. Browser controls may distinguish first-party from third-party cookies or allow you to clear data for a single domain. Private or incognito browsing generally reduces persistence after the private session closes but does not prevent all network requests or server logs.

    You can also:

    • avoid starting an embedded video if you do not want the YouTube player to load;
    • avoid using an embedded scheduler and contact us through another available method;
    • sign out of the Portal to end the authenticated session on that browser;
    • clear site data for webelevated.com and app.webelevated.com to remove stored preferences and tokens; and
    • use platform, device, or browser privacy controls offered by Google, YouTube, Stripe, advertising providers, or other third parties.

    Blocking or deleting strictly necessary storage may sign you out, reset your language or sidebar, remove referral attribution, prevent a failed submission from being recovered, repeat an Atlas introduction, or make portions of the Services unavailable.

    Where WebElevated displays a cookie-preference tool, your choice applies to the categories and browser covered by that tool. You may need to repeat the choice on another device, browser, subdomain, or client website. A preference tool cannot control cookies set before the choice, cookies on another domain, or technologies a browser does not expose to it.

    9. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

    Some browsers transmit Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) or Do Not Track signals. Where applicable law requires us to treat GPC as a valid request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, we will honor it for the browser and Service that receives the signal. Strictly necessary cookies and technologies may continue because they are not used for those opt-out purposes.

    There is no uniform legal or technical standard requiring a response to the older Do Not Track signal. The Services may not respond differently to that signal unless required by law. Our Privacy Policy explains additional rights and how to submit a privacy request.

    10. Data Retention and Security

    Cookie and storage lifetimes listed in this Policy are maximum or typical periods and may end sooner when you sign out, complete a workflow, revoke access, clear site data, or when the relevant value is replaced. A server-side record connected with a cookie, token, referral, submission, or account may be retained separately under our Privacy Policy, Agreement, legal obligations, and operational retention practices.

    We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect authentication information and the Services. Browser storage remains under the security of your device and browser. Use a supported browser, protect device access, sign out of shared devices, and do not copy or disclose authentication tokens.

    We may update this Cookie Policy when technologies, providers, Services, legal requirements, or our practices change. The version posted at this URL is the current version. If a change materially affects how nonessential cookies are used, we will provide additional notice or choices when required by law.

    12. Contacting WebElevated About Cookies

    WebElevated is a DBA of Cacele Digital LLC.

    Authenticated users should submit cookie or privacy questions through the WebElevated Portal. Other individuals may use https://www.webelevated.com/contact and begin the message with “Cookie Question.” These methods allow us to route and verify communications without publishing a personal residential address, individual telephone number, or individual email address.
