Privacy Policy

    How WebElevated handles personal information across our website, Portal, Atlas AI, mobile applications, communications, and connected services.

    On this pageShow sections

    WebElevated is a trade name and DBA of Cacele Digital LLC, a Florida limited liability company. In this Privacy Policy, “WebElevated,” “Cacele Digital,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cacele Digital LLC doing business as WebElevated.

    This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information in connection with WebElevated’s websites, client portal, Atlas AI applications, mobile applications, websites and widgets that we operate, communications services, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”). It also explains the choices and privacy rights available to individuals.

    By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for or on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to provide information to us and to permit us to process it as described here.

    1. Scope and Our Role

    This Privacy Policy applies when WebElevated determines why and how personal information is processed, including information connected with our websites, account administration, billing, sales, support, product operations, and direct communications.

    WebElevated clients may also use the Services to collect or manage information about their own leads, customers, employees, contractors, website visitors, callers, message recipients, patients, prospective clients, franchise candidates, or other individuals (“Customer Data”). For Customer Data, the WebElevated client generally determines the purpose and means of processing, and WebElevated generally acts as a service provider or processor on the client’s behalf and under the client’s instructions. The client’s privacy notice and agreement with the individual govern that processing in addition to our contractual obligations to the client.

    If your information was submitted to the Services by a WebElevated client, employer, franchise organization, law firm, medical practice, home-service provider, or other business, direct your privacy request to that organization first. We will assist our client with verified requests as required by applicable law and our agreement with the client.

    This Privacy Policy does not govern a third-party website, application, platform, or service that has its own privacy policy, even if it is linked to or integrated with the Services.

    2. Services Covered

    The Services covered by this Privacy Policy include, as applicable:

    • WebElevated’s public websites, landing pages, proposal and onboarding flows, forms, and website chat;
    • the WebElevated Portal and its account, CRM, lead, customer, website, marketing, analytics, scheduling, invoicing, support, partner, and project-management functions;
    • Atlas AI, including its web, mobile, chat, voice, calling-assistant, workflow, reporting, recommendation, and approval-gated automation functions;
    • the Atlas AI iOS application, account authentication, push notifications, in-app purchases, and locally cached workspace data;
    • websites, WordPress connections, forms, widgets, and other digital experiences operated by WebElevated or operated for a client using WebElevated technology;
    • email, SMS, telephone, voice, chat, appointment, notification, and customer-support services;
    • integrations selected or authorized by a client, such as advertising, analytics, calendar, communications, payment, social-media, task-management, and website platforms; and
    • related security, administration, billing, fulfillment, reporting, and service-improvement activities.

    Some features are optional, may be in a controlled pilot, or may not be available to every account. We process information for a feature only when that feature is used, enabled, configured, or otherwise necessary to provide the Services.

    3. Personal Information We Collect

    Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect the following categories of personal information.

    A. Contact and identity information

    This includes names, business names, job titles, usernames, account identifiers, email addresses, telephone numbers, mailing or service addresses, language preferences, signatures, and information used to authenticate or verify an account.

    B. Account, organization, and authorization information

    This includes account roles, employer or client relationships, staff permissions, industry and business profile information, service locations, franchise or territory relationships, website ownership or access information, subscription status, and records of permissions, approvals, and administrative actions.

    C. Lead, customer, and business-operation information

    This includes inquiries, lead source, contact history, requested services, appointment and scheduling information, estimates, proposals, invoices, project details, customer notes, support requests, workflow status, website change requests, campaign information, business performance information, and other records a client chooses to manage through the Services.

    D. Communications and content

    This includes emails, SMS and chat messages, support conversations, form responses, uploaded documents and images, notes, feedback, prompts submitted to Atlas or other AI-enabled features, generated responses, approved actions, call metadata, and other content submitted to or generated through the Services.

    Where an enabled telephone, voice, meeting, or calling-assistant feature provides notice that a communication may be monitored, recorded, or transcribed, we may process audio, recordings, and transcripts to provide the feature, document the interaction, route a lead, maintain quality and security, and support the client’s requested workflow. We do not use voice recordings to create biometric identifiers or to identify a person by unique voiceprint unless we first provide a specific notice and obtain any consent required by law.

    E. Website, advertising, analytics, and connected-service information

    This includes website traffic and conversion information, campaign settings and performance, search and advertising metrics, social-media or business-profile information, calendar availability and event information, connected account identifiers, integration status, and data returned by services that a client chooses to connect. We may hold encrypted or otherwise protected authorization tokens so the requested connection continues to work.

    F. Transaction and subscription information

    This includes products or services purchased, invoices, payment status, billing contact information, transaction identifiers, subscription status, refunds, credits, commissions, payout status, and limited payment-method details such as card brand, expiration, or last four digits when provided by the payment processor.

    Payment-card numbers and card security codes are submitted directly to payment processors such as Stripe or Apple and are not intended to be stored in WebElevated application databases. Those processors handle payment credentials under their own privacy policies and security obligations.

    G. Device, log, and usage information

    This includes IP address, browser and device type, operating system, app version, pages or screens viewed, referring pages, dates and times, feature interactions, session and authentication events, crash or diagnostic information, security events, cookie or local-storage identifiers, and approximate location inferred from an IP address. We may also process a device or installation identifier and push-notification token when notifications are enabled.

    The Atlas AI mobile application may store authentication tokens in Apple Keychain and may cache limited workspace information on the device so recently loaded information can remain available during a temporary loss of connectivity. Removing the application may remove local app data, but it does not by itself delete account information maintained in the Services.

    H. Support, safety, and compliance information

    This includes support tickets, account-deletion requests, identity-verification information, consent and opt-out records, complaint or dispute information, fraud and abuse indicators, audit records, and information reasonably needed to protect accounts, investigate incidents, comply with law, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

    I. Information derived from other information

    We may create summaries, classifications, lead scores, recommendations, performance metrics, forecasts, or other inferences from information available in the Services. AI-generated or automated results may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by an authorized person before they are used for a consequential business decision.

    4. Information We Do Not Intend to Collect

    Unless Cacele Digital LLC expressly agrees otherwise in a separate written agreement, the Services are not designed to receive or serve as the system of record for:

    • protected health information regulated by HIPAA;
    • psychotherapy notes, medical records, diagnoses, or clinical treatment information;
    • attorney-client privileged communications, litigation files, or confidential legal case records;
    • Social Security numbers, passport numbers, driver’s-license numbers, or similar government identifiers;
    • complete financial-account credentials, card security codes, or raw payment-card data;
    • biometric templates, genetic data, or precise geolocation data; or
    • information about children.

    Do not submit these categories through general forms, Atlas prompts, chat, SMS, email, support tickets, recordings, or other standard Service features. A client is responsible for determining whether its intended use is legally permitted and whether a separate agreement, consent, configuration, or regulated-service addendum is required. No business associate agreement or other regulated-data agreement exists unless it has been separately negotiated and signed by an authorized representative of Cacele Digital LLC.

    5. Sources of Personal Information

    We may receive personal information:

    • directly from you when you visit a website, create an account, submit a form, communicate with us, use Atlas, make a purchase, or request support;
    • from the WebElevated client, employer, account owner, partner, franchise organization, or authorized user that creates or manages an account or submits Customer Data;
    • from a lead, caller, website visitor, customer, or other person interacting with a client through a WebElevated-powered form, widget, telephone number, message, or website;
    • from services you or a client chooses to connect, such as Google, Meta, Apple, Stripe, calendar, advertising, analytics, communications, social-media, task-management, website, or WordPress services;
    • automatically from browsers, devices, servers, cookies, local storage, software development kits, security tools, and usage logs;
    • from public sources, business directories, client websites, or commercially available business information when used for legitimate business-to-business sales, marketing, verification, or service delivery; and
    • from service providers and partners that help us prevent fraud, process transactions, deliver communications, provide support, or operate the Services.

    6. How We Use Personal Information

    We use personal information as reasonably necessary to:

    • provide, operate, maintain, configure, personalize, and secure the Services;
    • create and authenticate accounts, determine roles and permissions, and maintain tenant separation;
    • respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, onboard clients, and provide support;
    • collect, organize, qualify, route, and follow up with leads or customers as directed by a client;
    • operate CRM, website, WordPress, scheduling, communications, marketing, reporting, invoicing, partner, and project workflows;
    • process purchases, subscriptions, invoices, refunds, commissions, and service fulfillment;
    • connect and synchronize integrations authorized by a client or user;
    • deliver email, SMS, telephone, voice, chat, appointment, service, security, and push notifications;
    • provide Atlas and other AI-enabled features, including summaries, recommendations, drafts, classifications, answers, and approval-gated actions;
    • measure website, campaign, product, and service performance and generate reports;
    • maintain audit trails, enforce permissions, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, troubleshoot errors, and protect the security and integrity of the Services;
    • improve, test, and develop the Services using operational information, feedback, and aggregated or deidentified information;
    • enforce our agreements, collect amounts owed, resolve disputes, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
    • comply with law, lawful process, regulatory obligations, and valid government requests; and
    • carry out another purpose disclosed when the information is collected or authorized by the individual or client.

    We may use aggregated or deidentified information for lawful business purposes. We maintain such information in a form that is not reasonably capable of being associated with an individual and do not attempt to reidentify it except to test whether our deidentification measures are effective or as permitted by law.

    7. Atlas and Artificial Intelligence Processing

    Atlas and other AI-enabled features may process prompts, Customer Data, business records, conversation history, website or campaign information, and relevant context to generate a response or carry out a requested workflow. Depending on the feature and account configuration, relevant content may be transmitted to an AI model or infrastructure provider acting for us or for the client.

    We do not sell Customer Data or use Customer Data to train a general-purpose artificial intelligence model for third parties. We may use limited operational data, feedback, and deidentified or aggregated information to evaluate, secure, and improve our own Services. We may also review a limited amount of content when reasonably necessary to provide support, investigate abuse, correct an error, comply with law, or protect the Services.

    AI output is generated from the information and instructions available to the system. It may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Atlas is not a lawyer, healthcare provider, accountant, financial adviser, or other licensed professional. A client and its authorized users are responsible for reviewing output and approving consequential actions. WebElevated may impose technical or human approval requirements, restrict an automation, or suspend an AI feature when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, system integrity, or contractual compliance.

    8. How We Disclose Personal Information

    We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances.

    A. To the account owner and authorized users

    Information may be available to the WebElevated client, account owner, organization administrator, authorized staff, partner, or other users according to configured roles, permissions, account relationships, and the client’s instructions.

    B. To service providers and subprocessors

    We use service providers to host, secure, operate, and support the Services. Depending on the features used, these providers may include:

    • cloud hosting, database, storage, content-delivery, security, and infrastructure providers, such as Vercel, Supabase, Amazon Web Services, and Cloudflare;
    • payment and subscription providers, such as Stripe and Apple;
    • communications providers, such as Twilio, SendGrid, Resend, telephone carriers, and email-delivery providers;
    • AI model and cloud AI providers used to deliver a selected feature, including providers of language, voice, transcription, and generation services;
    • integration providers selected by a client, such as Google, Meta, Asana, website, WordPress, calendar, analytics, advertising, social-media, mapping, and business-profile platforms; and
    • professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and contractors that are bound by confidentiality or other appropriate obligations.

    These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by their agreement with us and applicable law. The exact providers involved depend on the Service and integrations enabled. We may replace a provider or add a provider that performs a substantially similar function.

    C. At a client’s direction

    We may disclose Customer Data to a recipient or connected service selected, configured, or instructed by the client, including a communications recipient, calendar attendee, advertising platform, website host, task-management platform, payment processor, or other business integration. The client is responsible for its instructions and for providing legally required notices and obtaining legally required consents.

    D. For legal, safety, and enforcement purposes

    We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law or lawful process; respond to a valid government request; protect the rights, property, safety, or security of WebElevated, Cacele Digital LLC, our clients, users, or others; investigate fraud, abuse, or a security incident; enforce an agreement; collect amounts owed; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

    E. In a business transaction

    We may disclose information in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, due diligence review, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections where required. A successor may process information as described in this Privacy Policy unless it provides a new notice.

    F. With consent or as disclosed

    We may disclose information with the authorization of the individual or client or for another purpose disclosed when the information is collected.

    9. No Sale of Personal Information; Advertising Choices

    We do not sell personal information for money. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not use Customer Data to build advertising profiles for unrelated third parties.

    When a client asks us to operate or connect its advertising or marketing services, we may process and transmit Customer Data to the client-selected advertising platform as the client’s service provider or processor. The client is responsible for determining whether its campaign, audience, measurement, and disclosure practices are lawful.

    If our practices change in a way that constitutes a sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, or targeted advertising under applicable law, we will provide any required notice and opt-out method before using personal information for that purpose. Where legally required and technically applicable, we will process a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control.

    If you provide a mobile number and affirmatively consent to receive messages from WebElevated, we may send transactional or service-related messages concerning inquiries, proposals, appointments, account activity, support, billing, security, or Services you requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

    Reply STOP to an SMS message to opt out of messages from that sending number. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may send a final message confirming an opt-out and may continue to send non-SMS communications or legally required notices.

    No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any third party, affiliate, or lead generator for marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction does not prevent us from using communications providers solely to deliver messages, maintain consent and suppression records, prevent fraud or abuse, or comply with law.

    If a WebElevated client uses the Services to send messages under the client’s brand, that client is the message sender and is responsible for obtaining valid consent, honoring opt-outs, maintaining required records, and complying with applicable communications laws and carrier requirements. WebElevated may block or suspend messaging activity that we reasonably believe is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, insecure, or inconsistent with provider requirements.

    11. Calls, Recordings, and Transcripts

    Calls or voice interactions made through an enabled WebElevated or Atlas feature may be monitored, recorded, or transcribed when notice is provided and the feature is configured to do so. Recording and transcription laws vary by location. The client that enables or uses the feature is responsible for ensuring that it has a lawful basis, provides required notices, obtains required consent, and uses recordings and transcripts only for permitted purposes.

    We may process call audio, metadata, and transcripts to operate the interaction, qualify or route a lead, create an authorized record, provide support, improve reliability, detect abuse, and document the requested workflow. We may restrict recording, transcription, or voice features by account, location, use case, or channel.

    12. Cookies and Similar Technologies

    The Services may use cookies, local storage, software development kits, and similar technologies to:

    • maintain sessions and authentication;
    • remember language, display, and account preferences;
    • protect forms and accounts from fraud, bots, and abuse;
    • route traffic, balance loads, and diagnose failures;
    • measure product and website usage; and
    • understand the effectiveness of our websites, content, and campaigns.

    Some technologies are necessary for the Services to function. Browser controls may permit you to block or delete cookies, but doing so may prevent authentication, preferences, forms, payments, or other features from working correctly. Analytics or advertising technologies used on a client-operated website may be controlled by that client and described in the client’s privacy or cookie notice.

    Our marketing website uses regional Google Ads measurement settings. Measurement is enabled by default with Google's restricted-data-processing setting for visitors identified by our hosting provider as being in the United States, unless they have opted out or send Global Privacy Control. Other countries, unknown locations, and unusable preference records require affirmative permission before the tag loads. You may turn measurement off, continue using the site, and submit inquiries. While enabled, Google may receive advertising identifiers and browser/network information, and confirmed inquiries may send a random transaction identifier for measurement. We do not include your inquiry answers in those conversion events. Personalized advertising, remarketing audiences, and enhanced conversions remain disabled. Privacy choices in the footer lets you change the setting, and recognized Global Privacy Control signals keep measurement off. Our Cookie Policy describes region handling, preference retention, technology, and withdrawal behavior in more detail.

    Optional Google Analytics has its own Website analytics choice. It stays off until you explicitly allow that purpose, and stays off with Global Privacy Control or unreadable preferences. When allowed, it measures public-page visits and confirmed saved inquiries. Google may receive cookie identifiers, browser/device information and network request information; our Analytics event parameters exclude your form answers, inquiry transaction identifiers, URL query strings and raw referral URLs. Advertising permission does not by itself enable Analytics. You can change these choices separately in the existing privacy controls and continue using the website or submitting inquiries with Analytics off. The Cookie Policy describes storage, expiration and withdrawal.

    13. Data Retention

    We retain personal information for the period reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to provide the Services, maintain an account or client relationship, preserve security and audit records, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, collect amounts owed, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

    Retention depends on the type of information and context. In general:

    • account and Customer Data may be retained for the duration of the account or client relationship and for a reasonable period afterward to support transition, recovery, dispute resolution, and legal obligations;
    • transaction, invoice, subscription, commission, tax, and accounting records may be retained for the periods required by financial, tax, and legal obligations;
    • consent, suppression, security, fraud, and audit records may be retained as needed to document compliance and protect the Services;
    • recordings, transcripts, messages, and support content are retained according to feature configuration, client instructions, operational needs, and applicable law;
    • technical logs and diagnostic information are generally retained for shorter operational periods unless needed for security, investigation, or legal purposes; and
    • backups may retain information for a limited period after deletion from active systems until they are overwritten in the ordinary course.

    We may delete, aggregate, or deidentify information when it is no longer reasonably necessary. A request to delete an account or information does not require deletion of information that we are legally permitted or required to retain, including transaction, security, fraud-prevention, suppression, audit, backup, and legal-claim records.

    14. Security

    We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including role- and tenant-based access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, protected credentials, audit records, restricted administrative operations, and service-provider controls appropriate to the nature of the Services.

    No method of transmission, storage, or security is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration will never occur. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, using appropriate account permissions, securing devices and connected accounts, promptly removing access for former personnel, and notifying us through the Portal or website contact form if you believe an account or integration has been compromised.

    15. Client Responsibilities

    A client that uses the Services to collect or process Customer Data is responsible for:

    • providing legally sufficient privacy notices and obtaining legally required consent;
    • ensuring it has authority to submit, connect, disclose, and instruct us to process Customer Data;
    • configuring communications, recordings, advertising, analytics, integrations, and access permissions lawfully;
    • responding to individuals’ requests and instructing us when assistance is required;
    • limiting collection to information reasonably necessary for the client’s lawful purpose;
    • avoiding prohibited or regulated information unless a separate written agreement expressly permits it;
    • maintaining appropriate internal access controls and supervising its authorized users; and
    • complying with industry-specific professional, ethical, confidentiality, advertising, recordkeeping, and communications obligations.

    WebElevated does not replace a client’s legal, healthcare, accounting, financial, case-management, records-management, or compliance systems. A client remains responsible for professional judgment, legally required review, and the content and legality of its communications and business practices.

    16. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

    Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:

    • confirm whether we process personal information about you;
    • request access to or a copy of personal information;
    • request correction of inaccurate personal information;
    • request deletion of personal information;
    • request a portable copy of information you provided;
    • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
    • object to or request restriction of certain processing;
    • opt out of the sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling where applicable;
    • limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where applicable;
    • appeal a decision concerning a privacy request where applicable; and
    • receive equal service and not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.

    We do not offer a financial incentive in exchange for personal information.

    To exercise a privacy right:

    1. If you have a WebElevated account, submit a support request from the authenticated WebElevated Portal and identify it as a “Privacy Request.” Atlas AI users may also use the account-deletion request available in the application’s Settings.
    2. If you do not have an account, submit the request through the contact form at https://www.webelevated.com/contact and begin the message with “Privacy Request.”
    3. To appeal a denied request where an appeal right applies, use the same method and begin the request with “Privacy Appeal.”

    Describe the right you want to exercise and the Service or WebElevated client involved. We may need to verify your identity, account, authority, or relationship to the information before acting. We will use verification information only for the request and related security or compliance records. We may deny or limit a request when permitted by law, including when we cannot verify the requester, the request would adversely affect another person’s rights, the information is controlled by a client, or an exception applies.

    An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and may separately verify the individual’s identity. If Customer Data is controlled by a WebElevated client, we may refer the request to that client.

    We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If a request is denied, our response will explain the basis to the extent required and provide appeal instructions when an appeal right applies.

    17. United States State Privacy Disclosures

    For residents of a state with an applicable comprehensive privacy law, the categories described in Section 3 are the categories of personal information we may have collected during the preceding twelve months. The sources are described in Section 5, the business and commercial purposes are described in Section 6, and the categories of recipients are described in Section 8.

    Depending on the interaction, California statutory categories may include identifiers; customer-record information; commercial information; internet or other electronic-network activity; approximate geolocation; professional or employment-related information; audio or electronic information; inferences; and account credentials or other sensitive information used only as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the Services. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under California law unless we provide the required notice and choice.

    We have not sold personal information or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising during the preceding twelve months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under sixteen years of age.

    The Services are intended primarily for business use. A particular state privacy law may not apply to Cacele Digital LLC, to business-to-business information, to employee information, or to information processed solely on behalf of a client. Nothing in this Privacy Policy grants a right that applicable law does not provide, but we may choose to honor a request voluntarily.

    18. International Users

    WebElevated is operated from the United States, and personal information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live.

    Where the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction requires a lawful basis, we process personal information as necessary to perform a contract or take requested pre-contract steps; for legitimate interests such as operating, securing, supporting, and improving the Services; to comply with legal obligations; and with consent where required. When we process Customer Data for a client, the client determines the applicable lawful basis and WebElevated processes the information under the client’s instructions.

    Where required, we use an approved transfer mechanism or another lawful basis for international transfers. Eligible individuals may have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority, but we encourage contacting us first so we can address the concern.

    19. Children’s Privacy

    The Services are intended for businesses and authorized adult users and are not directed to children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under thirteen. We also do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under sixteen.

    Clients may not use the Services to intentionally collect information from children without first obtaining all legally required parental consent and WebElevated’s written approval for that use. If you believe a child provided personal information in violation of this section, submit a “Privacy Request” through https://www.webelevated.com/contact so the information can be reviewed and handled appropriately.

    20. Changes to This Privacy Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Services, providers, legal requirements, or our practices. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. A revised policy becomes effective when posted unless a later date is stated.

    If a change materially affects how we use personal information already collected, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law. Continued use of the Services after an updated policy takes effect constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy, but does not waive any non-waivable privacy right.

    21. Relationship to Client Agreements

    This Privacy Policy is a public description of our privacy practices. It does not replace a signed services agreement, data-processing addendum, business associate agreement, order form, or other written agreement between Cacele Digital LLC and a client. For Customer Data, the applicable written agreement controls the parties’ respective obligations to the extent it addresses the same subject and does not conflict with non-waivable law.

    Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited, requires us to disclose information that would compromise security or another person’s rights, or prevents us from retaining or processing information as permitted or required by law. If a translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.

    22. Contacting WebElevated About Privacy

    WebElevated is a DBA of Cacele Digital LLC.

    Submit privacy questions, complaints, or requests through one of these methods:

    • Authenticated users: Submit a support request in the WebElevated Portal and identify it as a “Privacy Request.”
    • Other individuals: Use https://www.webelevated.com/contact and begin the message with “Privacy Request.”
    • Appeals: Use the same applicable method and begin the request with “Privacy Appeal.”

    These methods allow us to route and verify requests without publishing a personal residential address, individual telephone number, or individual email address.
